Nick Blake is a property expert with 30 years experience in the industry. After working for a number of corporate estate agents over a 10 year period in Central London, in 2003 Nick founded a successful multiple office independent estate agency in East London called BlakeStanley which he sold in 2018.
In 2019 Nick consulted for Cowell Group & EML (Property Investment and Asset Management companies), specialising in development opportunities and honing his expertise on how to maximise value on potential development properties. Throughout this time, Nick was one of four Directors for the BMCIC (Broadway Market Community Interest Company), a not-for-profit company set up to found and manage the Saturday market on Broadway Market, now with over 140 stalls and a benefit to the Borough of Hackney to the tune of £7 million + per annum.
In 2013 Nick and his family moved to Amersham in Buckinghamshire, where in 2020 he launched the Fine & Country franchise for primarily Beaconsfield, selling property in the South Bucks area. After passing on the franchise in 2023, Nick has set up Fairmont Land, a land buying agency focusing on the North and West Home Counties, advising homeowners on how best to maximise the value of their property, as well as listing and selling these properties to developers.
